You can probably guess

Leslie McIntyre-Tavella: At the age of 22, I founded The McIntyre Group, a staffing and recruitment firm located in Norwalk, Connecticut. From day one I have possessed an entrepreneurial spirit and an eagerness to combine my love of sales & marketing with staffing. Originally starting in temporary and permanent administrative staffing we now have grown to establish ourselves as a leader in Accounting & Finance, Financial Services, Creative Services and Information Technology. My journey so far has been a remarkable one, hiring and working with some of the best and brightest, cultivating relationships with some of the top HR leaders, Owners & Managers in the industry and directing my firm through many economic cycles and business changes. McIntyre has been the recipient of many accolades and industry awards over the years, most recently winning “Top 11 Women-Owned Business in CT 2008” and “Best Places to Work in CT” in 2007 and 2006. When not recruiting I enjoy any outdoor activity – winter or summer, my husband of 20 years, our glorious daughter and my favorite pal in the world – “Big Sam #5” my Goldendoodle.
